The blending medium makes “floating” or blending colors easier.

Works with waterbase markers, colored pencils, chalks, dye ink pads and pigment ink pads/

The pen is refillable with Dove’s blending fluid (BL-R) and the tip is replaceable with  tips (BL-TP5) sold separately.

It is made in the USA.
